  • Our initial consultations feature a thorough and compassionate approach, including history taking, comprehensive assessments, formulation, treatment/service planning, and seamless communication with insurers. Ongoing services are designed to offer continued support in areas such as understanding NDIS/HCS plans, connecting clients with appropriate supports, creating personalized support strategies, coaching, crisis planning, advocacy, and much more.

The Clinical Supervision Service at Inter Health Services is designed to enhance the professional growth and well-being of allied health professionals within our organization. Through structured supervision, we aim to elevate the quality of client care while promoting a culture of continuous learning and reflection among our staff.

Clinical Supervision Service

  • Individual Supervision Sessions: One-on-one sessions with a qualified supervisor provide a confidential space for staff to discuss their caseloads, challenges, and growth goals.

    Group Supervision Workshops: These workshops encourage peer learning, focusing on clinical topics, case studies, and professional development themes identified by participant feedback.

Specializing in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, and tailored intervention strategies for youth, adults, and culturally diverse populations, Odia is recognized for her ability to integrate mental health services within multidisciplinary teams, enhancing client wellbeing through innovative care and advocacy.

    She holds a Bachelor of Psychology, a Graduate Certificate in Mental Health Science, and a Masters of Social Work. Passionate about promoting recovery from various mental health challenges, employs a holistic approach to assessment, planning, and intervention. Her expertise lies in utilising focused psychological strategies to manage conditions like anxiety, depression, and PTSD, with a commitment to restoring health and wellbeing for each individual.
