Since our founding in 2019, Inter Health Services has been dedicated to breaking barriers in mental health care for culturally diverse, refugee, and Indigenous communities. Over the years, we have grown into a well-established leader, expanding into NDIS support, aged care, psychosocial assessments, and corporate wellness programs. Odia Patience Diessa
Director, Inter Health Services
With over 20 years in mental health and healthcare management, Odia Patience Diessa focuses on enhancing culturally inclusive mental health care. As Director, she has improved access to quality support for CALD, refugee, and Indigenous communities in Australia. She holds a Master’s in Social Work, Graduate Certificate in Mental Health Science, and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) from Flinders University. Odia is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner, with expertise in psychotherapy, CBT, functional capacity assessments, and crisis intervention.
Her leadership fosters innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration, contributing to research, education, and advocacy in mental health. She has guest lectured on Cross-Cultural Competency and Indigenous Psychology at the University of South Australia.

Chidiogo’s approach is holistic, focusing not only on physical rehabilitation but also on supporting the mental and emotional wellbeing of clients.
