She is recognised for her leadership in culturally responsive care, specialising in evidence-based interventions for individuals with autism, ADHD, trauma, and complex behavioural needs.

    As the Principal Therapist at Inter Health Services, Odia leads a multidisciplinary team delivering mental health, NDIS, aged care, and corporate wellness services. She is committed to breaking barriers to healthcare access, ensuring that CALD, refugee, and Indigenous communities receive person-centred, high-quality support.

    Beyond clinical practice, Odia is a Casual Academic (Teaching & Research) at the University of South Australia (since 2023), where she contributes to cross-cultural mental health education, clinical psychology ethics, and professional training. She has guest lectured on Cross-Cultural Competency and Indigenous Psychology, shaping the next generation of mental health professionals with a strong emphasis on inclusivity and ethical practice.
